Home Care Office Assistant 3.5 3.5 out of 5 stars Garner, NC 27529 Office Assistant needed for our Garner home care office. We are looking for a self-starter who is reliable, dependable and able to work independently. Days/hours are Mon-Fri. 8AM-5PM for FT.
Job duties include:
answering phones and making numerous phone calls, marketing tasks including phoning potential clients, doctor offices and other referral sources. Must be familiar with excel spreadsheets, email, Microsoft Team meeting software, & phone systems; we use A LOT of spreadsheets for our information so a recent usage of basic Excel is expected. This position requires a high level of task organization and memory. MUST be familiar with working within a team to achieve goals and have excellent written and verbal language skills. This position also requires the ability to give
OUTSTANDING
customer service to all of our team members, clients, contract nurses, and vendors. On-call on weekends are scheduled on a rotating basis with other office staff if FT. Previous work with a home care agency is given preference. Location is at 40/42 area in Johnston County. No major holidays. We are a laid-back but driven and fast-growing company.
