Consumer Directed Assistant/Direct Support Professional 3.2 3.2 out of 5 stars Berlin, NH 03570 The Participant Directed and Managed Services (PDMS) program is currently seeking a part-time Consumer Directed Assistant – Direct Support, to provide 19 hours per week of community-based support to a young man in the Berlin area. We are looking for an energetic and engaged individual who enjoys music, sports, outdoor activities, animals, and who brings creativity and flexibility to their role.
