Job Overview:

We are looking for someone who exudes joy and truly has a love for working with Adults with Disabilities and assisting with their community inclusion. Responsibilities and expectations of this DSP position include, but are not limited to:

• Researching and securing opportunities for community based activities and volunteerism.
• Assisting Individuals with reaching their short and long term goals, as outlined in their ISA’s.
• Transporting and accompanying Individuals to activities in the community.
• Maintain professionalism in the community and with participants; making sure Individuals portray themselves in the absolute best light at all times.
• Encourage positivity and model such behavior.
• Must be dependable, flexible, patient, consistent, and possess initiative and drive.
