As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) at Robin Hill Farm, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting and caring for our residents, helping them lead fulfilling and independent lives. You’ll providepassionate assistance and supervision, ensuring their safety and well-being while contributing to the smooth operation of our program. This role requires you to be a positive role model, advocate, andmunicator, working closely with residents, families, and our care team.
Hiring full-time, part-time and PRN!

Shift Differentials:

$3.00 for 2nd shift: 3pm-11pm
$4.50 for 3rd shift: 11pm-7am
$1.00 for all weekend shifts What you will receive:

Meal preparation
Housekeeping
Companionship
Personal hygiene care
Transportation assistance
Other light duties as assigned

Qualifications:

No prior experience necessary. Orientation and training provided
Eighteen years of age or older with valid driver’s license
Effective verbal and writtenmunication
Capable of working responsibly with confidential information
Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgement
Successfulpletion of pre-employment background check
