As a PCA, you will provide hands-on, respectful, and dignified assistance to residents with daily personal care needs in accordance with their individualized service plans. This is a non-licensed role that works under the supervision of licensed nursing staff. PCAs do not perform medical tasks but are essential to supporting residents’ comfort, safety, and quality of life.

What You’ll Do:

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility Promote a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment Encourage resident independence and emotional well-being Observe and report changes in resident condition to licensed staff Build strong, respectful relationships with residents, families, and team members
