As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will play a vital role in supporting adults with IDD to live fulfilling lives at home and in their communities. In this role, you will: Provide transportation to appointments and community outings.

Help individuals develop life skills and achieve their goals.
Foster a positive and supportive environment that promotes independence and dignity.

Qualifications Qualifications:

A patient, caring, and positive attitude.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to build rapport and trust with individuals with IDD.
A willingness to learn and adapt to individual needs.
Valid state issued driver’s license, current vehicle insurance declaration and vehicle registration.
A high school diploma or equivalent.
The ability to pass comprehensive background checks per state and company regulations/policies
