Hampton ,NH Join Our Compassionate Care Team! We’re looking for a dedicated and empathetic Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team for a short-term evening shift contract. If you’re passionate about helping others and want to make a real impact in the lives of patients, this opportunity is for you! As a key member of our care team, you’ll support patients with daily needs and ensure their comfort, dignity, and well-being in a safe and respectful environment. Key Responsibilities Provide assistance with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and toileting Monitor and record vital signs: temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure Offer emotional support and companionship, especially in behavioral health settings Safely lift, transfer, and reposition patients using proper techniques and equipment Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for patients and staff Collaborate closely with nursing staff to follow and implement individualized care plans Accurately document patient care and status updates using EHR systems such as Epic Deliver specialized care in areas like pediatrics, hospice, or memory care (as needed) What We’re Looking For Previous caregiving or patient care experience is a plus, but not required Exposure to long-term care or nursing home settings preferred Experience with behavioral health support is highly valued Ability to lift, move, and assist patients with mobility challenges Basic knowledge of medical terminology and patient care procedures Compassionate, dependable, and able to work effectively in a team Why Join Us?
