DSP Duke’s Helping Hands LLC Galloway, NJ 08201 Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and household tasks. Support individuals in developing life skills and achieving personal goals. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment. Monitor and document clients’ health status, including vital signs when necessary. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement care plans tailored to each individual’s needs. Engage clients in recreational activities and community involvement to enhance their social skills. Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations. Transportation when required. Assist with Advocating at appointments if needed. Creating an activity Calendar Daily Documentation Experience Previous experience in home health, long-term care, or working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred. Familiarity with patient care practices, including the ability to take vital signs. Experience in cooking and preparing meals suitable for dietary needs is a plus. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. A compassionate nature with a commitment to providing high-quality care. Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle challenging behaviors with patience. MUST BE CPR/1st Aide Certified Willing to work Tuesday 4pm until 9pm & Friday afternoon time arranged by individual. This is a 10hour case MUST have Driver LICENSE Must be Professional Incentive given to employees at the end of 90 day trial Comfortable working ALONE with 2 people at a time.

YOUR VEHICLE. THIS POSITION IS FOR 2DAYS ONLY. TUESDAY AND FRIDAY. TUESDAY HOURS ARE 4PM UNTIL 10PM. YOU WOULD PICK UP 2 INDIVIDUALS AND MEET ANOTHER AT THE VENUE. ONCE YOU’RE DONE YOU MUST DROP ALL PARTICIPANTS OFF. FRIDAY IS WHATEVER TIME WORKS FOR THE INDIVIDUAL SERVED.
