Home Health Aide/Personal Care Aide 3.5 3.5 out of 5 stars Egg Harbor Township, NJ 08234 Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides to provide essential support to a client in a school. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for this individual,. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily living activities, ensuring safety, and providing companionship. This position requires a commitment to patient care and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
ESY PROGRAM
Dates:
Monday July 7, 2025 -Wednesday July 30, 2025 (Mondays-Thursdays)
Hours:
8:45am-12:15pm (up to 3.5 billable hours per day)
Note:
no work in August 2025-2026
School Year Dates:
25-26 school yr calendar pending board approval. Dates
TBD 9/2025-6/2026
Hours:
8:15am-2:45pm (6.5 hrs/day w/ 30 min break) Mondays-Fridays Responsibilities Aide must be physically well-equipped and have experienced to care for toileting/lifting needs of: 10 yr old male student that is 200lb+ adult size and wheelchair-bound. Must have experience with Hoyer lift, experience in school setting/children. Health aide will specifically be responsible for the student’s toileting needs during ESY and during the school year. #INDNUR Requirements Must have experience with Hoyer lift, experience in school setting/children CPR certification is a plus; willingness to obtain certification if not currently held. Experience working with individuals with disabilities is highly valued. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families. Ability to assist clients with daily living activities while promoting independence. Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life.
