Hours:

The Certified Home Health Aide is responsible for, providing assistance to patients with personal care, activities of daily living/maintenance and management of household routines. Responsibilities can also include, but are not limited to: Understands and adheres to established company policies and procedures Performs personal care and bath as ordered Completes appropriate visit records in a timely manner per company policy Reports changes in the patient’s condition and needs to the RN Assists with assigned personal care tasks. Assosts the patient in performing bowel and bladder functions Assists patient in maintaining adequate nutrition Assists patient with mobility. Puts customer service first and upholds the code of conduct Ensures that prospective clients and families receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere which recognizes the individuals’ needs and rights.

Education:

High School Diploma or Equivalent Professional Experience:
