Job Responsibilities:

Monitor the health and medical needs of individuals and immediately report any concerns. Assist with cleaning the home and preparing meals. Maintain confidentiality and privacy of all patient information compliant to HIPAA law and regulations Complete daily logs and written reports.

Requirements:

Is at least 18 years of age Has a passion for helping those in need Minimum of a High school diploma or equivalent Must be willing to have a background check Must be willing to take a drug screening Must be authorized to legally work in the United States Must have a car Must have valid driver’s license and good driving record Current CPR/First Aid certification

Schedule of Services:

Thursday 5pm-8pm Friday 6pm-8pm (hours are slightly flexible) Pay rate: $23/hr
