Duties:

• Provide direct support and assistance to individuals with disabilities in their daily activities
• Assist with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Support individuals in developing and maintaining independent living skills
• Implement individualized care plans and document progress
• Assist with medication administration as needed
• Provide transportation to appointments, community outings, and recreational activities
• Foster a safe and supportive environment for individuals with disabilities

Qualifications:

• Experience working with individuals with disabilities or in a similar caregiving role
• Knowledge of ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) and direct support techniques preferred
• Ability to work effectively with people on the autism spectrum or other developmental disabilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and patient demeanor
• First aid and CPR certification preferred

Compensation:

$18.50

• Applicant MUST have experience in the field and willing to do ADLs such as showering, feeding, cooking , laundry, house keeping, cleaning soil residents as well as getting them ready for the day/ bed time.
