In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals with disabilities, ensuring their well-being and enhancing their quality of life. Staff will need reliable transportation as the client needs to be taken out for community activities. Duties Assist clients with daily living activities. Implement individualized care plans tailored to each client’s unique needs and preferences. Provide support for individual with developmental disability. Engage clients in social activities and community involvement to promote social skills and interaction. Monitor clients’ physical and emotional well-being, reporting any changes or concerns to the appropriate personnel. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care for clients. Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and progress towards goals. Qualifications Experience in home care or working in group homes is preferred. Knowledge of care plans is essential. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds. A compassionate demeanor with a commitment to promoting dignity and respect for all individuals served. Reliable vehicle and Non Probationary Driver’s License is required.
