As an In Home Caregiver, you will be responsible for delivering personalized care tailored to each client’s unique needs, fostering a nurturing environment that promotes independence and dignity. Responsibilities Provide patient care by assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Support clients with memory care needs through engaging activities and companionship. Lift and transfer clients safely while adhering to proper techniques to prevent injury. Observe and report any changes in the client’s condition or behavior to appropriate healthcare professionals. Assist individuals with disabilities in navigating their home environment and participating in community activities. Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect client confidentiality and privacy. Collaborate with family members and healthcare providers to develop and implement personalized care plans. Experience Previous experience in patient care or home community care is preferred. Familiarity with assisted living environments is a plus. Experience working with individuals with disabilities or memory-related conditions is highly desirable.
