The candidate must be experienced, caring, and motivated to aid individuals with developmental disabilities and behaviors. Responsibilities Assist with ADLs, including meal preparation and personal care Assist client in making progress on their outcome and goals for the specified service as defined in their Plan of Care Advocate for client at all times for patient rights and ensure their dignity and privacy are respected Attention to detail, especially when adhering to specific protocols and rules when caring for the client Ensure the safety and well-being of the client at all times Accompany client to day program and transport client to activities Report any changes in client condition or situations to supervisor and family/guardian Document services provided (CBS Log) Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) required via iPhone / Android
