DSP (Direct Support Professional) 3.3 3.3 out of 5 stars Livingston, NJ 07039 Available shifts- Sat and Sun 9a-7p, Sat and Sun 4p-11p, every other Sat and Sun 4p-11p, Sat and Sun 9a-4p, Fri-Sun 11p-9a, every other Sat and Sun 3p-11p, Sat and Sun 9a-5p, Sat and Sun 9a-1p- we also have openings at our day program Mon-Fri 8:30a-5p! Assists clients with activities of daily living (ADLS), medication management, personal hygiene and health, general housekeeping skills and food preparation. Provides direction, guidance, and supervision to clients. Assists in implementation of the Individual Service Plan (ISP). Serves as an active member of the Interdisciplinary Team by participating in team meetings and supporting clients’ treatment plans. Participates/attends monthly staff meetings. Cooperates effectively with staff, clients, families, and other members of the delivery systems. Maintains client confidentiality at all times. Assists with medication after successful completion of training on medication management. Ensures client safety by following all rules and regulations in accordance with Universal’s policy and procedures manual. Maintains cleanliness of group home. Works with rehabilitation patients with various disabilities including but not limited to Brain Injury, CVA, General Rehab, Acute/Chronic Neuro.

$17.00 – $21.00 per hour
