What You’ll Do:

Greet patients warmly and create a welcoming, professional environment Assist the doctor during treatment and help prepare patients for care Confidently answer phone calls, listen to patient concerns, and communicate why our office is the right solution to their pain and problems Manage scheduling, documentation, and patient records using clinic software Learn and operate advanced chiropractic and wellness technology (we’ll train you!) Participate in creating video content for social media – from educational reels to behind-the-scenes moments Be a voice and face of our clinic — someone patients and followers can trust ✅ You’re a

You have exceptional communication skills — both in person and over the phone You’re confident and comfortable on video (or open to learning) You’re tech-savvy or a quick study when it comes to new systems You’re warm, patient, professional, and a natural problem solver You’re organized and detail-oriented, with strong follow-through You love being part of a team that’s driven by purpose and compassion
