The ideal candidate will assist clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and safety while promoting their independence. Duties Provide personal care services, including bathing, grooming, and dressing. Assist clients with mobility and transfers, ensuring safety and comfort. Administer medications as prescribed and maintain accurate medication documentation. Support clients in daily activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry. Implement care plans tailored to individual client needs, including those with dementia or other cognitive impairments. Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect client privacy and confidentiality. Document all care provided accurately in medical records and reports. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients. Experience Previous experience in home community care or assisted living environments is preferred. Certification in CPR is highly desirable. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus. Familiarity with medical documentation systems and procedures.
