Wellington Estates Assisted Living located in Monmouth County is seeking experienced Certified Home Health Aides (CHHA). Come join our growing team to help make a difference!
Responsibilities:
Assist with personal care and activities of daily living (ADL’s), such as feeding, bathing, dressing, and turning in bed. Assist with moving, positioning, ambulation, lifting, and transferring patients. Provide emotional, psychosocial, and physical support to patients and their families in a variety of settings. Monitor vitals and patient behavior and reporting them to the nursing and medical staff Work as part of a winning team. Qualifications Certification as a Home Health Aide Proficient in patient care and home & community care Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical terminology Experience with assisted living and memory care Ability to assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) Familiarity with EHR systems and medical documentation Compassionate caregiver with experience in senior care.
