• Join your colleagues in helping achieve each participant’s Individualized Service Plan.
• Help ensure the safety, security, and cleanliness of everyone and everything.
• Maintain ongoing accurate documentation of activities, daily routines, behaviors, and services provided.

Skills:

(High School Diploma or its equivalent required)

• Some experience working with special needs adults is preferred.
• Ability to read and write English due to recording of daily documentation.
• Ability to lift and assist individuals if needed.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Compassionate and patient
• Ability to work collaboratively in a Team Environment.
