Home Health Aide $20 Hourly Belle Nanny Network Township of Wall, NJ 07719 W all Township Nj We are seeking dedicated home health specialists to join our compassionate healthcare team. At Belle, we prioritize client care and employee satisfaction, providing a supportive work environment where your skills are valued and developed.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist residents or patients with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and feeding. Take and record vital signs, height, weight, and other measurements as instructed. Help residents with mobility and transfers, using appropriate lifting techniques and equipment. Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff members. Provide emotional support and companionship to residents. Medical care (such as administering medicine) is NOT required or performed.
Requirements:
Valid New Jersey CNA or CHHA certification in good standing. High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate and patient-centered attitude towards caregiving.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in a long-term care or healthcare setting. Additional training or certifications related to caregiving.
