We offer competitive pay and opportunities for growth. Currently looking for Fridays. Either pickup at day program at 3 pm and stay with client until 11:00 pm.

Open shifts:

3-11 or 3:30-11:30 Fridays 8-hour weekend shift also available

Direct Support Professional:

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will provide support directly to a high needs individual in a home setting. You will drive them home from day program, assist the person with activities of daily living and help keep them engaged with activities, outings, and meals during your session. Flexible in the amount of time you stay.

Requirements:

• Prior DDD training is not required but preferred. Necessary training will be provided.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience working with special needs adults is required. Prior behavioral training such as ABA training is highly preferred.
• Must be willing to undergo a criminal background check and drug screen and driver abstract.
• We are looking for someone who has a positive attitude and is reliable. It is important that you have patience, a love for others less able, and enjoy working with people.
