Job Overview:

We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) to join our team at Andrea Homecare Group on a part-time or full-time basis. As a CHHA, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in their homes, assisting with daily living activities and ensuring their overall well-being. We welcome candidates who speak any language, as long as they have the required certification.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. Help with light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and meal preparation. Monitor and report changes in the client’s health status. Assist with mobility and transfers.

Skills:

Ability to transfer clients safely. Experience in home health or community care is a plus. Knowledge of catheter care systems. Proficiency in activities such as laundering, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.

Qualifications:

Active Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license in New Jersey is required. Ability to communicate effectively in any language is welcomed.

Compensation:

Rate per hour depends on the specific case. Mileage reimbursement is provided.
