• TUES, THURS, SAT & SUN 4:30-8:30 Seeking compassionate, attentive Caregivers to care for and assist our clients to ensure they lead safe, healthy lives.

The companion will provide emotional support as clients heal or cope with disabilities, aging, sickness, or surgery.

Qualifications/Credentials:

Caregiver must be certified by the New Jersey State Department of Law and Public Safety, Board of Nursing, as a homemaker-home health aide. Must comply with all federal and state regulatory acts and agency’s policies and procedures. A Home Health Aide (HHA) shall provide personal care services assigned by and under the supervision of a registered professional nurse in the client’s home based on the activities detailed in the Care Plan.

Responsibilities of the CHHA include:

Activities of daily living (ADL) such as, assisting the client with personal hygiene Maintenance of a clean, safe and healthy environment, which may include light cleaning. Observe the client’s condition, behavior, appearance and hygienic needs and document changes or problems to supervisor. Adhere to procedures and standards of personal/professional conduct.
