Job Summary:

Preferred Care at Home of Northwest New Jersey is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide assistance with all ADLS and Personal care for our Male client. Location is in Hopatcong, New Jersey, 07843 As a Caregiver, you will provide essential care and support to our client in his own home. Shifts, 4 hours, 10a to 4p , 4 days a week. Responsibilities:

Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Assist with meal preparation and feeding Able to transfer Help with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry, dishes, and tidying up Provide companionship and engage in activities with clients, promoting social and emotional well-being Monitor clients’ health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate supervisor Assist with medication management as directed Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of care provided Keeping client safe

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience as a caregiver, preferably in a home or healthcare setting Must have a NJ Home Health Aide (HHA) certification Compassionate, patient, and able to work independently Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
