And How You’ll Know You’re Succeeding Patient Care:
Consistently achieve positive patient feedback by making patients feel comfortable and supported — aiming for a patient satisfaction score of 90% or higher in post-visit surveys.
Clinical Support:
Efficiently assist doctors during procedures, maintaining room turnaround time within 15 minutes between patients to support optimal daily scheduling.
Radiography:
Take and process dental x-rays with 100% compliance to radiation safety protocols and diagnostic quality standards.
Sterilization & Preparation:
Ensure 100% compliance with sterilization and infection control policies, maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
Inventory Management:
Proactively monitor and restock clinical supplies using our inventory system to prevent shortages or overstock, achieving 100% supply availability during clinic hours.
Professional Growth:
Complete assigned continuing education modules and certification milestones on schedule, demonstrating ongoing skill advancement.
Teamwork & Communication:
Participate actively in daily huddles, team meetings, and case reviews, contributing constructive ideas and feedback — achieving at least 90% positive peer feedback in regular 360° reviews.
Technology & Workflow Mastery:
Demonstrate proficiency in practice management software, digital imaging, and other technology tools within the first 60 days — measured by successful completion of workflow training and zero critical errors in patient documentation.
Innovation & Initiative:
Propose at least one actionable idea every quarter to improve patient experience, office efficiency, or team collaboration, with demonstrated follow-through in implementation.
