Community Habilitation. ________________________________ We are seeking compassionate and driven professionals eager to support children with intellectual disabilities diagnoses. Join our passionate team dedicated to making a difference in the lives of our clients and their families! Responsibilities Community Habilitation supports can include: Adaptive skill development. Community inclusion and relationship building. Development of social skills. Travel training. Money management. Leisure skills. Appropriate behavior development to help the individual access their community Implement individualized service plans to guide client toward their full potential. Community Habilitation may include supports like personal care, supervision, and protective oversight, etc. Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Strong communication skills with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Passion for working with clients and relevant experience in the field.
