Assist patients with daily living activities as per the skilled nurse’s plan. Maintain personal hygiene and assist with bathing and dressing. Perform household chores to ensure a safe and comfortable environment. Prepare nutritious meals as instructed by the nurse. Provide emotional and physiological support to patients and their families. Assist with ambulation and rehabilitative processes as directed. Communicate any changes in the patient’s condition to supervisors. Attend required in-service training sessions.

Qualifications:

Must be a certified Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA). Must speak English fluently. Valid ID and Social Security Card. Two professional references. Physical exam and up-to-date immunizations (MMR). Tuberculosis test and drug screening. Must be able to commute to the patient’s home.
