We’re looking for certified home health aides and personal careassistants in the Western Nassau County to be at the heart of ourclient’s care. As a home health aide with Premier you will provideexceptional care that our clients rely on to stay safe at home.

Duties:
Provide personal care to patients in their homes, includingbathing, dressing, and grooming. Assist with mobility andtransfers, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients.
Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals.
Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to theappropriate medical personnel. Provide emotional support andcompanionship to patients and their families. Maintain a clean andsafe environment for patients.
Qualifications:
Certified PersonalCare Assistant (PCA) or Certified Home Health Aide (HHA)Understanding of HIPAA regulations and the importance of patientconfidentiality. Ability to cook simple meals and perform lighthousekeeping duties as needed. Satisfactory completion of New YorkState Health Department-approved HHA Training Program orequivalency Demonstrated adequate literacy and simple arithmeticskills Must be at least 18 years old If you are a compassionateindividual who is dedicated to providing high-quality care topatients in their homes, we would love to hear from you.
