Daily personal care (bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, etc.) Assist with the daily living activities per the Plan of Care Monitor patients and report on their condition Help with patient meals and feeding, as well as basic housekeeping functions Accompany the patient to doctor’s visits, shopping, and other essential errands
HHA Requirements:
Must have New York State Home Health Aide Certificate Government Issued ID, Social Security Card & Work Authorization, if needed 2 Recommendation Letters Recent Physical TB Screening (Quantiferon preferred) Flu shot Rubella & Rubeola titer lab work Chain of Custody Drug Screen no older than 6 months
