Qualifications :

• Certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) with at least 2 years of working experience
• Experience working with elderly clients, particularly those with cognitive impairments and mobility issues.
• Ability to manage incontinence care with sensitivity and professionalism.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities.
• Reliable, compassionate, and patient demeanor.
• Physical ability to assist with transfers and mobility as needed.
