Currently, they are looking to add a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) Homecare Services to their team.

SALARY/HOURLY RATE

$70k – $72k

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) Homecare Services will perform home visits to ensure that clients’ care follows state regulations. Responsibilities include policy and procedure review, survey preparation, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to ensure adherence to all regulatory standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE LICENSED MASTER SOCIAL WORKER

(LMSW)

HOMECARE SERVICES

Review and revise internal policies and procedures to meet New York State Department of Health regulations.
Assist in preparation for initial and renewal LHCSA licensure surveys.
Ensure agency documentation and processes are aligned with compliance standards.
Support quality improvement initiatives across the agency.
Maintain accurate records related to licensing and audit preparation.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS FOR THE LICENSED MASTER SOCIAL WORKER

(LMSW)

HOMECARE SERVICES

Willingness to travel around NYC for home visits.
1+ years of experience in home care.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
Professional demeanor with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Should be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS FOR THE LICENSED MASTER SOCIAL WORKER

(LMSW)

HOMECARE SERVICES

Familiarity with New York State DOH regulatory requirements.
Background in quality assurance or healthcare operations.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
Current LMSW licensure in New York State.
