out of 5 stars Clay, NY 13041 Direct Support Professional (Job #JO-RC) Seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to work in the Clay area with a man who requires assistance due to a physical disability. The individual is looking for a dedicated staff to provide him with support and assist him with maintaining his independence both at home and in community settings. His interests include, but are not limited to wine making, gardening & hydroponics, technology, and cooking. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to assisting with Personal Care, light housekeeping, meal preparation and general independence. We are looking for an individual who is reliable, patient, and enthusiastic. Prior experience a plus. Reliable transportation and a valid New York State driver’s license are required. Work hours are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. Occasional back up and Holiday coverage needed. Flexibility to fill in for other staff a plus. The pay rate is $23.00 per hour.
