Russian Speaking HHA – Home Health Aide St. Xavier Home Health Care Services Inc – 2.6 Forest Hills, NY Job Details Full-time $18 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Certified Home Health Aide Russian Patient care Care plans Entry level Full Job Description -Accompany patients to their doctor visits, carry charts, take notes, and push wheelchair. -Assist with patients personal care needs: personal hygiene , bathing, dressing/undressing, and ambulation together with any household task (e.g making bed, changing linens, laundry, light housekeeping, etc.) essential to the patients health in accordance with the patient’s individualized care plan. -Plan/prepare nutritious meals and assist in feeding patients as directed. -Document services provided in an accurate and timely manner in accordance with company policy and personal care plan. Maintain patient confidentiality at all times. -Report any changes in the patient’s condition or incidents to RN Supervisor or therapist in a timely manner. -Carry out other duties that may be assigned Must have HHA License.
