Key Responsibilities:

Personalized Direct Care:

Assist individuals with developmental disabilities in their daily activities (e.g., grooming, dressing, bathing, and feeding) to foster independence.

Medication Management:

Administer medications following OPWDD guidelines and company procedures.

Behavioral Support:

Implement behavioral plans to promote positive growth.

Crisis Intervention:

Effectively respond to emergencies and medical situations.

Collaborative Teamwork:

Work closely with healthcare professionals and caregivers to design individualized care plans.

Accurate Documentation:

Maintain records of client progress to meet OPWDD requirements.

Qualifications:

Experience:

3-5 years working with individuals with developmental disabilities in OPWDD settings.

Certifications:

AMAP, SCIP, and CPR/BLS. •

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Requirements:

o Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. o Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. o Strong communication skills.
