Full-time/Part-time/Per Diem shifts available We are seeking compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in residential or day program settings.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED Minimum 6 months experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities First Aid, CPR, AMAP, and SCIP-R certification, preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Responsibilities:
Assist with personal hygiene, daily living skills, and medication monitoring Ensure a clean, safe, and supportive environment Escort individuals to appointments and activities Respond to emergencies and report incidents appropriately Support participation in structured day programs or employment
Preferred Skills:
Experience in health/treatment settings Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer literacy
