hair, beard, nails shampoo; 5. Routine skincare; 6. Oral hygiene; 7. Assist with self-administered medications by reminding patient, removing bottle top/caps, opening medisets; 8. Take and record temperature, pulse, and respiration; 9. Positioning; 10. Plan and prepare regular diet, serving and feeding; 11. Measuring and recording intake and output; 12. Accompany ambulatory patients out-doors; 13. Weigh patient and record weights.
