Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in their homes or residential facilities, assisting them with daily activities and ensuring their well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care services such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Support clients with memory care and hospice care needs
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the best care for clients
Qualifications:
Certified Home health aide or PCA
- Knowledge of taking vital signs and understanding medical records
- Familiarity with nursing home or home community care settings
- Ability to lift and transfer patients safely
- Experience working with people with developmental disabilities is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
