Your role will involve providing hands-on assistance with daily routines, supporting health and wellness, and fostering community connections. Key Responsibilities Assist with activities of daily living and personal hygiene. Prepare meals and offer medication reminder support. Perform light housekeeping and assist with shopping or errands. Escort patients to medical appointments and community activities. Maintain clear and accurate documentation of care provided. Requirements High school diploma or GED required.

Preferred:

PCA, CNA, HHA, DSP, or Med Tech certification (not required).

Valid clearances:

Criminal background check, child abuse clearance, and FBI fingerprinting. Recent physical exam and completed 2-step TB test. Reliable transportation and strong work ethic.
