CLIENT’S

HOURLY COMPENSATION RATE & AVAILABLE HOURS

• $17/hr. compensation depending on Contractor’s qualifications, availability, and skills.
• 2nd Shifts (2pm-10pm) available. Some 1st (8am-4pm) and some doubles (1st and 2nds).
• You tell us what shifts YOU can work.
• Flexibile hours for independent contractor opportunities available.
• Some assignments ongoing and client negotiable temp-to-perm potential!

SUMMARY OF CLIENT’S DESCRIPTION OF OPPORTUNITY

• Provide support that will enhance Individuals’ quality of life.
• Perform light household duties and assist clients with daily functional activities including but not limited to meal preparation, housekeeping, and life skills group.

CLIENT’S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

• Copy of High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience providing direct care.
• Ability to complete and/or produce requested clearances (i.e. Physical/TB screening within 6 months signed by MD, CPR/First Aid, PA State criminal Background) Don’t have the credentials needed? Ask how we can assist

• MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE AND RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION

MUST BE RELIABLE & DEPENDABLE WITH BOTH THE CARE YOU PROVIDE AS WELL AS ATTENDANCE

Persons with experience in the following roles are welcome to reply: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), Home Care, Personal Care Assistant (PCA), Companion, Caregiver, Patient Care Technician (PCT), and Direct Care Worker (DCW), Residential Aide, Patient Monitor.
