About the

Role:

As a DSP, you will support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in both home and community settings.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting individuals in their own homes with daily living activities such as personal care, housekeeping, and meal preparation. Using your personal vehicle to accompany individuals on outings in the community—including parks, sensory gardens, shopping trips, and social events. Encouraging independence and helping individuals achieve their personal goals by following their Individual Support Plans (ISPs). Providing companionship, mentorship, and support in a variety of engaging environments.

What We’re Looking For:

A compassionate, patient, and reliable individual with a strong desire to make a difference. Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team. Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable personal vehicle. High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required).
