Direct Support Professional Position Available In Blair, Pennsylvania

Direct Support Professional Mattern House, Inc. Duncansville, PA 16635 We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team. We have multiple positions open within our agency including Direct Support Professionals and House Supervisors. As a Direct Support Professional, you will provide essential care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others. As a House Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that each individual receives essential care and support according to their individual support plan and manage the staff and functions of the home(s) for which you are assigned. May require some hours providing direct care.

DSP Duties:

• Assist individuals with daily activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to individuals.
• Implement individualized care plans and ensure the safety and well-being of each individual.
• Support individuals in participating in community activities and social events.
• Document and maintain accurate records of care provided.

DSP Experience:

• Must be dependable, compassionate, patient, and willing to learn.

Direct care experience is preferred, but not required. Training is provided.

House Supervisor:

• 5 years direct care experience preferred and supervisor experience a plus!
