• Job Summary
• We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional to provide care and support to individuals with disabilities in home care setting.
• Duties
• Assist individuals with daily living activities including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals
• Monitor and record vital signs
• Assist with patient observation and monitoring
• Help individuals with developmental disabilities achieve personal goals
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for all individuals under care
• Qualifications
• Previous experience in patient care or working with individuals with disabilities is preferred
• Knowledge of patient monitoring techniques and vital signs
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and patient demeanor
• Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus
• Must have valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
