Position DetailsThe Direct Support Professional provides direct care, support, and advocacy to assigned consumers in the community. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following, community integration, volunteer activities, recreational, and activities of daily living.

This position works to implement the home and community services which includes rehabilitative and therapeutic activities to assist consumers to achieve successful outcome/goals.

Earn $17.00/hour.
