We’re seeking a mature, reliable, and dedicated Home Health Aide to join our growing team.

What You’ll Do:

Support patients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Assist with light housekeeping tasks (laundry, shopping, meal prep, errands). Monitor and document health changes, fluid/food intake, and mobility routines. Teach patients and families about assistive devices, hygiene, and home safety. Offer guidance on nutrition, cleanliness, and maintaining a safe environment. Communicate changes in patient conditions to the supervising nurse. Follow all professional, regulatory, and company standards.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience:

2+ years in a home health setting ( required )

License/Certification:

Valid Driver’s License ( required ); CHHA certification ( preferred )

Transportation:

Reliable transportation is a must Compassionate, mature, and professional demeanor

Schedule & Setting:

Flexible schedule based on case needs Primarily day shifts (Monday-Friday) Weekend and overnight shifts may be available In-home, one-on-one care
