Mandarin Speaking Home Care Aide Red Lion Health Care Newtown Sq, PA 19073 Overview We are seeking compassionate ” Mandarin” speaking, In Home Caregivers to provide essential support to an individual in their own home. As an In Home Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our client by assisting them with daily activities and ensuring their safety and comfort. This position requires a strong commitment to patient care, attention to detail, and the ability to build trusting relationships with clients. Responsibilities Provide direct support to clients in daily living activities, including personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing. Assist with memory care and cognitive support for clients experiencing memory loss or cognitive decline. Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversations and activities. Assist with mobility needs, including lifting and transferring clients safely. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, including light housekeeping duties. Observe and report any changes in client behavior or health status to family members or healthcare professionals. Experience Previous experience in patient care or direct support roles is preferred but not required. Familiarity with memory care techniques is a plus. Strong observational skills to monitor client needs effectively. Ability to assist clients safely while maintaining their dignity. Compassionate demeanor with excellent communication skills to foster trust with clients and their families.
