Duties Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members. Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring easy access to important documents. Assist in proofreading documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution. Utilize Google Suite for document creation, data entry, and communication purposes. Collaborate with team members on various projects, providing assistance as needed. Serve as a point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment. Skills Proficient in computer literacy with a strong understanding of administrative software. Excellent proofreading abilities to ensure high-quality documentation. Strong phone etiquette to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues. Experience as a medical receptionist is a plus but not required. Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Experience as a personal assistant is advantageous for managing schedules and priorities. Familiarity with Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) is essential. Strong administrative skills to support various office functions. Ability to computerize processes for improved efficiency in filing and documentation.
