Responsibilities/Qualifications:
Promote client outcomes in behavioral, social, and vocational realms Assist client participation in leisure/recreational activities Provide respite and companionship to offer relief to family or primary caregiver Complete initial and ongoing training and staff development activities Ability to achieve competency in required knowledge, skills, and abilities Ability to work independently in the community and/or the client’s home Willingness to address personal care needs when necessary, based on individual client needs Passion and experience working with individuals with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) is preferred
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old High School Diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license, current automotive insurance, and reliable transportation Ability to pass criminal record, driving record, and healthcare registry checks Lifting may be required depending on individual client needs CPR/First Aid Certification Training is provided by company
Pay:
$15.00 – $20.00 per hour

Signing Bonus Details:
$333 paid out after working 90 days with an average of 20 hours per week $333 paid out after working 6 months (180 days) with an average of 20 hours per week $334 paid out after working 1 year (365 days) with an average of 20 hours per week Applicant cannot have been employed by Abound Health (or any of our newly acquired companies) in the past 18 months Signing bonus not applicable for Residential Services Employees hired as Relative as Providers (RAPs) are not eligible for the Signing Bonus
