Job Description
MCAR, Inc. is a non-profit human services organization that provides support of individuals with intellectual disabilities. We are seeking dedicated Direct Support Professionals to work within our Group Homes located in Mercer County.

- Typical shift is 6:00am-6:00am sleeping at the home from 10:00pm-6:00am. Work one day and then off two days
- Lots of overtime opportuntities available at double time.
Job Duties
- Ensure health and safety of individuals supported at all times
- Provide emergency support when necessary
- Participate as a team member
- Assist individuals with supporting their goals
- Assist with daily living skills such as personal hygiene care, shopping, laundry and meal preparation
- Accurate and timely medication administration
- Transportation to doctor appointments, other programs, employment, etc
- Documentation on online system required
- Ability to read and implement and Individual Support Plan (ISP
- Ability to provide an overall support of the individuals living within the group homes
