Responsibilities:
+ Building trusting relationships with clients to facilitate effective care and support + Providing assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal care tasks + Administering medications following proper protocols + Assisting with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship + Collaborating with healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care plans + Maintaining accurate documentation of client interactions and progress
Skills:
+ Strong caregiving skills with a focus on empathy and patience + Ability to administer medications accurately + Competence in assisting with ADLs for individuals with varying needs
Job Types Available:

Every Weekend OR Rotating Weekends Pay:
$16.50 – $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 16-20 per week
Shifts Available:
+ Mornings (7a-4p & 8a-4p)

In person •$1000 Signing Bonus Details + $333 paid out after working 90 days with an average of 20 hours per week + $333 paid out after working 6 months (180 days) with an average of 20 hours per week + $334 paid out after working 1 year (365 days) with an average of 20 hours per week + Applicant cannot have been employed by Abound Health (or any of our newly acquired companies) in the past 18 months + Signing bonus not applicable for Residential Services + Employees hired as Relative as Providers (RAPs) are not eligible for the Signing Bonus
